Scenario Conversations
Learners practise realistic workplace conversations with an AI character that listens, responds and adapts to what they say. The character stays in role and follows the scenario facts. Good questions, empathy and clarity create believable movement. Poor handling, pressure or hostility can increase resistance or end in a realistic unresolved conversation.

Guided Procedures
Learners practise processes, decisions and workplace tasks step by step. Guided Practice offers coaching when the learner asks for it, without simply completing the task for them. Guided Assessment removes the coaching and evaluates whether they can complete the procedure independently.

Scenario Rooms
Choose how the learner experiences it.
Creators pick the room that best suits the learning objective. Across every room, learners can see the objective, use captions or transcripts where appropriate, pause or resume, and clearly end the conversation.

A face-to-face conversation with a responsive digital character, drawn from a library of characters and live-avatar technology, presented to creators as one consistent experience.

Phone Conversation
A spoken conversation without visual character cues, placing greater emphasis on listening, tone, questioning and verbal communication.

A realistic messaging interface, for when written tone, clarity, judgement and message structure matter.
Assessment and feedback
Assessment based on observable performance.
ScenariGO assesses what the learner actually did during the conversation or procedure, against criteria you define.

A result is marked Complete only when the learner reaches the required score and meets every essential requirement. Performance level and completion status stay separate, so feedback can recognise strengths without overlooking a mandatory requirement that was missed.

Introduce the learning first
A simple title page, or a complete introductory sequence with AI-prepared slides, narrated voice-over or an on-screen presenter, captions and approval before learners see anything. Assessed information stays separate from material that should not be revealed in advance.

Learners see only the training assigned to them: due dates and status, start or resume, practice and assessment attempts, previous results and feedback, group progress and certificates.
