Your information, handled with care.

When you use the Start a project form we collect your name, organisation, email address, a description of your project and, optionally, the type of project. We also use basic technical checks (such as how quickly a form is submitted) to filter out automated spam.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss your project. We send you an acknowledgement email and may follow up by email to continue the conversation.

Enquiries are delivered to the studio by email through a trusted email delivery service. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the conversation and for our records, and delete them on request.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through the Start a project page.
